- Includes standardized and non-standardized assessment tools to help identify a child’s strengths and areas of concern
- A plan of care with recommendations and/or individualized goals for your child's needs
- Offered in-home or virtually via Telehealth

- Telehealth Comprehensive PT Evaluation $270

- We are an in-network provider with United Healthcare, Optum, Tricare West and Cigna/ASH. We also work with private pay clients. Additionally, we are a contracted provider with the San Diego Regional Center Early Start Program to provide early intervention from birth to age 3, request vendor HQ2449 with your service coordinator. We accept SDP/FMS funds from SDRC.
