At Eat. Play. Love. we offer small-group enrichment classes designed to support curiosity, creativity, movement, and social connection through hands-on learning experiences.
Our programs are especially popular with families seeking nature-based, play-centered learning environments for young children.
Ground & Grow Outdoor Learning
Ground & Grow is a small-group outdoor enrichment class designed for children ages 4–6.
Children participate in:
• nature exploration
• outdoor science activities
• movement and coordination games
• nature journaling and storytelling
• outdoor art projects
• social play with peers
The class takes place in a beautiful outdoor setting, Guajome Park in Oceanside, where children can explore, move, and learn in a relaxed, engaging environment.

Sensory Processing 101
Understand how children process sensory information and the impact it has on behavior, emotions, and development. Learn to recognize signs of sensory processing differences in yoru child and how it may impact everyday activites. Discover tips for creating sensory-friendly environments at home/school to support your child's sensory needs and explore sensory activities you can easily incorporate into your child's daily routine to promote optimal functioning. Led by a pediatric Occupational Therapist.

Starting Solids
Are you ready to embark on the exciting journey of introducing your baby to solid foods? Led by a pediatric occupational therapist, we'll guide you through the process of starting solids for babies aged 5 to 12 months.
Learn the basics of starting solids, including when to begin, how to identify signs of readiness, and recommended first foods for your baby. Also learn important developmental milestones related to feeding and oral motor skills in infants, and gain insights into how to support your baby's oral motor development for feeding.
