Meet Lindsey Wood, Founder and CEO
Lindsey is a passionate pediatric occupational therapist and feeding specialist with 10 years of extensive experience across early intervention, public schools, and pediatric clinic settings. Throughout her career, she has assisted children of various ages and abilities, using her holistic, child- and family-centered approach to develop individualized treatment plans. Lindsey specializes in neuroaffirming practices, sensory integration, and feeding therapy, with a deep commitment to helping families thrive. Certified as a Dr. Yum Project Preschool Food Adventure instructor, Lindsey integrates nutrition education into her work, fostering positive relationships with food for young children.
Her work involves creating a supportive environment for children to explore and master new skills, and she actively engages families and caregivers in the therapeutic process. She views her profession as more than just a job, cherishing the rewarding experience of seeing children progress and thrive.
Lindsey is dedicated to collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to help children achieve their full potential. She goes above and beyond to transfer her knowledge of child development skills to you as a parent and give you the tools you need to support your child on an everyday basis.

Background & Experience: Mary has been providing Pediatric Occupational Therapy services since receiving her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir Rhyne University in 2021.
Special Interests: Providing positive learning experiences through child-led, play based therapy sessions.
Fun Fact (Optional): Enjoys traveling and anything outdoors.
Name: Cynthia Ayala
Background & Experience:
Cynthia has earned her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Since then, she's had the opportunity to work with children in an outpatient clinic and home health settings, focusing on areas such as feeding, sensory integration, emotional regulation, and reflex integration!
Special Interests: She enjoys using a play-based, neuroaffirming approach during therapy. Her goal is to support children and their families in reaching meaningful goals—while making sure they have plenty of fun along the way!
Fun Fact: Outside of work, you can usually find Cynthia out for a run or on the pickleball court.
Name: Kathryn Sarracino MS, OTR/L
Background & Experience: Kathryn has been an OT for over 18 years, specializing in early intervention, sensory integration and feeding therapy. She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from University of New England in Biddeford, ME.
Special Interests: She finds it important to develop a good rapport with the families she works with to have good carry over of skills learned in therapy. She enjoys making sessions fun and play based to build motor skills and overall regulation for daily tasks.
Fun Fact: In her free time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her teenage daughters, being at the barn with her horses and hitting the beach.
Name: Chelsea Upham
Background & Experience: Chelsea has been an OT for 10 years, working in
settings including Skilled Nursing, Education (teaching occupational therapy assistants), and Early Intervention. She earned her Master’s Degree in
Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University.
Special Interests: She loves using nature to support sensory integration and building relationships with clients and families to support their progress in
everyday tasks.
Fun Fact: Chelsea loves exploring in nature with her two young children.
Name: Aimee Sampson
Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Background & Experience: Aimee has been an OT for 10 years, and has worked in many settings during that time including outpatient pediatrics, early intervention, school OT, home health, and skilled nursing. She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from University of St. Augustine and is certified in the AEIOU Integrated Approach to Pediatric Feeding
Special Interests: Aimee enjoys using play-based and sensory-rich approaches to support development, and loves collaborating with and coaching parents to use these techniques with their kiddos.
Fun Fact: Aimee enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her husband, 1 year old son, and golden doodle in her free time.
