Visual Snack Recipes cover

These are the picture recipes I use with families in feeding and fine motor sessions. Every step has its own illustration, every ingredient has a picture so your child can go find it, and the steps that need a grown-up are clearly marked.

They work beautifully for toddlers, autistic kids, kids who are still building language, and honestly any kid who likes to be in charge in the kitchen. Each card ends with an OT tip explaining the skill your child is building.

Made by Lindsey Wood, MOT, OTR/L, pediatric occupational therapist and founder of Eat. Play. Love.
