PT that comes to you

We provide in-home pediatric physical therapy across all of San Diego County. Your child practices movement in the space where they live — up the stairs they actually climb, on the floors they actually play on.

Our Vista clinic and telehealth are also available for families who prefer to come to us or live out of the area.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if my child needs PT?

Signs include not meeting gross motor milestones, toe-walking, frequent falling, poor coordination, low muscle tone, or difficulty keeping up with peers physically. A free consult helps clarify next steps.

Do you offer in-home PT?

Yes — in-home is our primary model. We bring PT to your home across all of San Diego County, with clinic sessions available at our Vista location and telehealth statewide.

What age do you work with?

We work with infants, toddlers, and school-age children. Early intervention is especially effective for gross motor delays — we're a SDRC & IRC vendor for children birth to age 3.

Do you take insurance?

Yes — we're in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Optum, TriCare West, and Cigna/ASH. We're also a SDRC & IRC Early Start vendor. Transparent private-pay rates available.
